ADIAGNOSIS.COM
Commitment to Confidentiality
ADIAGNOSIS.COM website provides psychiatric diagnoses (medical information) based on standard classification of mental disorders, taxonomy, and diagnostic tools. We acknowledge that the inputs we seek from you are personal and sensitive.
We are always alert to your needs, and our responsibility is to keep confidential any inputs you provide or any diagnosis we generate. Data on the ADIAGNOSIS.COM website are operated upon by artificial intelligence alone and as free from human intervention as possible. Any technical access is highly restricted and as secure as possible to the best of our knowledge and know-how. We continue to improve our systems daily as our credibility and reputation depend upon them.
Fear of somebody else accessing your personal and sensitive medical information over the internet is real and not entirely misplaced. If you ever feel overwhelmed by this fear and want to take extreme precautionary steps, here are a few suggestions.
Scenario 1: You are new to the ADIAGNOSIS.COM website and do not know what to expect.
What can you do?
(a) Login using a Google or Facebook account that cannot be related to you.
(b) We only access login credentials (username and password) and full name from your Google or Facebook.
(c) Every other information we require is sought voluntarily from you in the “Diagnostic Test.”
Scenario 2: You have logged in to the ADIAGNOSIS.COM website. You have started but not completed your “Diagnostic Test” and feel uncomfortable with some of the questions asked.
What can you do?
(a) Scroll down to the bottom of your “Diagnostic Test” page.
(b) You will see a button labelled "Cancel Diagnosis."
(c) Pressing the button (and providing a confirmation) will immediately and permanently delete all your previous responses to that “Diagnostic Test” from all our databases (except any irreversibly anonymised data).
Scenario 3: You have logged in to the ADIAGNOSIS.COM website. You have started and completed your “Diagnostic Test.” As a result, a provisional diagnosis “Report” is generated. You feel uncomfortable with either some of the questions asked in your “Diagnostic Test” or the results of your provisional diagnosis “Report.”
What can you do?
(a) In the navigation bar on the left of your webpage, click the icon labelled "Reports."
(b) If you completed your “Diagnostic Test,” a table will appear with details of the provisional diagnosis “Report.”
(c) Pressing the "Delete" button in the line of your report will immediately and permanently delete all your responses to that “Diagnostic Test” from all our databases (except any irreversibly anonymised data) and the provisional diagnosis “Report” generated.
(d) You may download a PDF copy of your report by clicking on the link "Open in PDF." Please note that once downloaded, protecting the PDF copy from unintended access is your responsibility.
Never forget to "Logout" if you are using a public computer.
